The unique feature of this site is that it has two accesses. One from the north  which is wider and considered as main entrance and the other is from south which is a bit narrower. 

​

south-West corner gets the view of the largest play field of the area and also the view of the city's largest flyover. therefore one of the major objective of this project was to keep south-west side most transparent towards these views and Also to keep this side operable to allow wind that comes from this large open field. there are cantilevered balconies all around working as shading device and blocking sun glare.

Local climate was another major concern which is also a responsibility to provide cross ventilation and sunlight from all direction to give comfort to the users during all six seasons..
